ELIGIBILITY: The “Summer Spin” Instant Win Game (“Game” or “Promotion”) is offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (except FL, NY and RI) and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at time of participation.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on or about 12:00am Pacific Time (PT) April 23, 2017 and ends on or about 11:59pm (PT) May 30, 2017 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of an Instant Win Game. Participants may participate in the Game during the Promotion Period once per day, unless a bonus spin is received as detailed herein.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, access http://ift.tt/2oNKlEf (“Website”) and sign in to your digital account tied to your participating Shopper’s Card (“account”). If you do not have an account, follow the instructions to register online or sign up in-store and then create an online account at your participating The Kroger Co. Family of Stores retailer website. Creating an account is free. After signing in you will be taken to a landing page with instructions and a “Spin Now” button; after reading the instructions, click the “Spin Now” button to spin the wheel for a chance to win (Game “play”). Instant Win prizes are seeded by time of Game play which determines whether or not a winning/non-winning message is displayed on the screen after Game play. Each Game play constitutes one “entry.” If you land on the slot on the wheel marked “Winner” you are an Instant Win prize winner, and will instantly see an on-screen message indicating that you won an Instant Win prize. If you land on any of the other slots you are not a winner, and the on-screen message will indicate that you did not win an Instant Win prize. If you are not a winner, but the on-screen message indicates that you have a Free spin, press the Spin Now button again for one additional chance that day to win an Instant Win prize (“Bonus” Game play/entry). If you are an Instant Win prize winner, follow the instructions to add the prize to your account. Limit one Game play/entry per person/household/account per day (12:00am until 11:59pm PT during the same 24 hour period) across all of The Kroger Co. Family of Stores (unless you earn a Bonus Game play/entry in which case limit two Game play/entries per person/household/account per day).
By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.
PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: The Instant Win prizes available to be awarded will be determined based on Game play received soonest after predetermined dates and times. If multiple Game plays are received at exactly the same time, at a winning time, the Website will randomly select which of the Game plays is the winning Game play for that winning time. Unless otherwise stated herein, once timely claimed, an electronic coupon for each Instant Win prize will be loaded directly to the winners’ Shopper’s Card. The prize coupons and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) are in the stated coupon denominations as follows:
