THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION UNLESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF AN ELIGIBLE STATE (DEFINED BELOW) AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

ELIGIBILITY:
The DORITOS® “Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2” Retailer Instant-Win Game (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, ME, MD, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY (each an “Eligible State”), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation.
PROMOTION TIMING: Promotion begins at 12:00:00 p.m.(noon) Central Time (“CT”) on April 17, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on May 14, 2017 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, you may participate by one (1) of the following manners:
TEXT MESSAGE: A Bag Code is required to play via Text Message. To obtain a Bag Code, purchase any specially -marked DORITOS® bag (3.0 oz. – 17.125 oz. each) and look for the unique 10- digit alphanumeric code located on the back panel of the bag (a “Bag Code”). Upon obtaining a Bag Code, use your SMS -enabled mobile phone to text the word GUARDIANS to 24477 (CHIPS) to play for a chance to win a prize (each, a “Play”). For each text message Play, you will be required to name your Retail Account to determine which Retail Account’s prize pool you are playing for and input your Bag Code. By participating via Text Message, you agree to receive automated text messages by or on behalf of the Sponsor and Fandango regarding the Promotion.

ONLINE: Go to http://ift.tt/2pwUqdf (“Web Site”) and follow the online instructions to select your Retail Account and then play for a chance to win an Instant-Win Prize (also a “Play”). If your computer screen displays a prize-winning message, you are a potential winner of an Instant-Win Prize (subject to verification). If your computer screen does not display a prize-winning message, you are not a winner of an Instant-Win Prize.
Limit one (1) Play per day per person/email address/mobile phone number per Retail Account, regardless of entry method. A “day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. CT and ending at the following 11:59:59 p.m. CT with the exception of the first day of the Game Period which shall begin at 12:00:00 p.m. CT and end the following 11:59:59 p.m. CT. All Plays must be properly received and recorded by the Sponsor’s computer within the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to win an Instant-Win Prize.
INSTANT-WIN PRIZE DETAILS: See Appendix A for prize quantity per Retail Account. Each winner will receive a Fandango Promotional Code via text or online valid for two (2) movie tickets ($1
5.00 per ticket, up to $30.00 total ticket and convenience fee value) to see Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2 at Fandango partner theaters in the U.S. Fandango Promotional Code expires on July 16, 2017 or when film is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at www.fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any Fandango partner theater box office. If lost, cannot be replaced. No reproductions will be accepted. No cash value. Not valid with any other offer. Offer valid in U.S. and valid for one-time use only. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If movie ticket with Fandango’s convenience fee included is more than maximum value of the Fandango Promotional Code, then user must pay the difference.
