Promotion Description: The Land O’Frost “PedalPalooza” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Land O’Frost, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) is an online-only Sweepstakes that begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 23, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 10, 2017 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). You must have Internet access in order to enter the Sweepstakes.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees of Land O’Frost, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes, their immediate family members and/or persons living in the same households of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit either the Land O’Frost website – http://ift.tt/2oTH9Io (“Website”) or http://ift.tt/2pdGaoV (“Facebook Page”). At either the Website or Facebook Page, click on the Land O’Frost “PedalPalooza” Sweepstakes link and you will be redirected to the Sweepstakes registration page follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration form in its entirety and submit your entry in order to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website/Facebook Page is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. Except as contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (see rule #8). You are providing your information Sponsor and to Facebook.
Limit one (1) entry per person and/or per e-mail address per Day. For purposes of these Official Rules, a “Day” is defined as any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Sweepstakes Period beginning at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and ending at 11:59:50 PM (ET).
Random Sweepstakes Drawing / Prizes / Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) / Odds: On or about June 20, 2017, a random drawing will be conducted by an independent sweepstakes administrator from among all valid, eligible entries received over the course of the Sweepstakes Period. All decisions of Sponsor and/or administrator shall be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning a prize depends upon the total number of eligible entries received over the course of the Sweepstakes Period. Four (4) Family Bike Prize Packages are available: Each “Family Bike Prize Package” consists exclusively of: winner’s choice of up to four (4) Schwinn Bikes (adult or children’s bikes) from among Schwinn bike selection options provided by Sponsor, the combined value of which is not to exceed $550 in retail value for the four (4) bikes. Approximate retail value of each prize is $550.00. Forty (40) Schwinn® Bike Accessory Prize Packages are available: Each “Schwinn® Bike Accessory Prize Package” consists exclusively of one (1) Schwinn® bike helmet, one (1) water bottle and one (1) bike light. Approximate retail value of each prize is $80.00. Eighty (80) Schwinn® Bicycle Pump Prizes are available: Each “Schwinn® Bicycle Pump Prize” consists exclusively of one (1) Schwinn® bicycle pump. Approximate retail value of each prize is $25.00. Two Hundred (200) Nature Cat Binocular/Mini Maglite Prizes are available: Each “Nature Cat Binocular/Mini Maglite Prize” consists exclusively of one (1) Nature Cat binocular/mini maglite set. Approximate retail value of each prize is $35.00.
Limit one (1) prize per person, Facebook account, email address in the Sweepstakes. Approximate retail value of all available prizes is $14,400.00.
