The Entenmann’s® All-Star Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on January 4, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 30, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) Continental United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii, 21 years of age or older as of date of entry.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit http://ift.tt/2j0o70b and follow the directions provided to complete and submit the registration form to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes (each, an “Entry”). Entries must be received by April 30, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. ET to be eligible. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) Entry per person per e-mail address per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. You may only use one (1) e-mail address to enter the Sweepstakes. Entries received from any person or e-mail address in excess of the limitation stated above will be void. All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
GRAND PRIZE (1): Winner will receive a Harlem Globetrotters backyard party which includes a two (2) hour event with player performances, Globie (mascot) appearance, and food and beverages for winner and up to twenty four (24) guests. Winner will also receive a prize package that includes one (1) customized Harlem Globetrotters jersey, one (1) basketball, one (1) wristband, and one (1) headband. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize package: $17,000. Exact date and time of backyard party to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Date of backyard party subject to change. Failure of winner to accept the date, time, and location of party will result in forfeiture of award. Sponsor reserves the right to host backyard party at a location other than winner’s residence for any reason. In the event the Harlem Globetrotters and/or Globie is unable to attend the backyard party, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize will be provided and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.
FIRST PRIZES (50): Each winner will receive an autographed Harlem Globetrotters retro jersey. ARV of each First Prize: $60. Exact color, style, and individual(s) to sign autographed retro jersey to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
SECOND PRIZES (10): Each winner will receive donuts for a year, awarded in the form of fifty two (52) coupons, each redeemable for a package of Entenmann’s® donuts up to $7 in value. ARV of each Second Prize: $364. The total value of a coupon must be redeemed at one (1) transaction. Any unused balance will not be awarded. Coupons must be surrendered at time of redemption. Coupons are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by Sponsor. Coupons expire on date specified on each coupon. Coupons may not be used online or in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Valid only in the U.S.A. and are void where prohibited.
