Shmolts (pronounced Schmaltz) is the brain child of Jay Serrao to create music that is personal. Apart from writing his own music, Jay also collaborates with online musicians and songwriters to create tunes with influences from Led Zep, The Rolling Stones, Guns n’ Roses, Black Sabbath, Porcupine Tree, RATM and Tool to name a few.
