Eligibility: Domino’s Pizza Payback (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Domino’s National Advertising Fund Inc,, Domino’s Pizza LLC, Crispin Porter & Bogusky, LLC, HelloWorld, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiary companies, franchisees and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on July 18, 2016 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on December 31, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”), and consists of two (2) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as set forth below. Drawings: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners for each prize on or around the dates listed above in Section 3 from all eligible entries received for each applicable Sweepstakes Prize Drawing during the applicable Entry Period. Non-winning entries will not carry over into subsequent Sweepstakes Prize Drawings nor will non-winning entries carryover from Entry Period 1 into Entry Period 2. The potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone. Except where prohibited, the potential Entry Period 1, Entry Period 2 Grand Prize, First Prize, and Second Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if a winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release (“Declaration”) which must be received by Administrator, within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner of any prize is not in compliance with these Official Rules, cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Declaration or provide any other requested information, within the required time period (if applicable), or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner of a prize valued at over $25 is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries for the applicable Sweepstakes Prize Drawing. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. Unclaimed prizes valued at $25 or less will go un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Entry Period.
