About the artist

Danny Christensen was born in the UK but raised allover the world. The first instrument he picked up was the bass guitar whilst living in Spain. He went on to obtain his grade 8 diploma, followed by studying a bachelors of Bass Guitar at the Musicians Institute (MI), Hollywood, CA. Whilst at MI however he developed a passion for song writing. This changed his musical direction, so he switched programs and enrolled in the Recording Artist Program. When graduating from MI he was awarded the “Most Outstanding Project” Achievement award for his EP. After graduating from MI Danny returned to Europe to launch his musical career. Within a year of returning he was performing large shows and events in Spain, the UK and Scandinavia. During time off Danny visited Australia and within weeks decided this is where he wanted to settle. Danny moved to Australia in 2010 and quickly submerged himself into the Australian music scene. He has since performed at some of Australia’s largest festivals including the northwest festival, Ord ValleyMuster, Willare “Rock the Bridge” and Western Grass Roots festival. He is currently working on a Debut album which is set to be released in late 2016.
