PROMOTION DESCRIPTION. The Breeders’ Cup TV & Torrey Pines Golf Experience Sweepstakes (the “Promotion“) begins on June 5, 2017 at 12:01:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET“) and ends on October 9, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period“).
PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
One (1) Prize is available. The Prize consists of a VIP Trip for the Prize winner and one (1) guest to the 2017 Breeders’ Cup taking place on November 3 & 4, 2017 at Del Mar racetrack in California. Prize includes: a) round-trip economy class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near winner’s residence to the San Diego, CA area; b) three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) a round of golf for two (2) at Torrey Pines Golf Course on Thursday, November 2, 2017 (subject to availability; Sponsor not responsible for cancellations due to inclement weather or any other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control); d) the opportunity to meet the NBC Sports talent, including Mike Tirico, Randy Moss, Jerry Bailey, Eddie Olczyk and Larry Collmus (talent meet & greet is subject to availability) and visit the NBC set at Del Mar racetrack) two (2) VIP Hospitality passes to the Breeders’ Cup for Friday, November 3 and Saturday, November 4, 2017, including transportation to/from Del Mar racetrack and hotel) the opportunity to tour the paddock and watch a race in the Winner’s Circle) the opportunity to watch a race inside the NBC production truck with the show producer and director (selected race will be based on availability and schedule) the opportunity to watch a race inside the track announcer booth as Larry Collmus calls the race (race and opportunity subject to availability) and $1,000 wager on Breeders’ Cup Classic. The approximate retail value of the Prize is $3,977.The approximate retail value of the Prize is $3977 USD/$5356.42 CAD (based on an exchange rate of 1USD/1.35 CAD) depending on Winner’s point of departure, destination, fare fluctuations and date and time of travel.
The winner’s guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or if the guest is a minor, the winner must be such companion’s parent or legal guardian. The guest must also sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to ticketing of travel (if guest is a minor, the guest’s parent/legal guardian must also sign the release on his/her behalf. Winner and his or her guest must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required official government required travel documents, including a valid photo ID or valid passport (as applicable).
