PRIZE DRAWING: There are two categories of Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes, Weekly Prizes and a Grand Prize, each of which will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries at large. The “Weekly Prize Winners” will be selected and notified every Monday starting on January 23rd, 2017 and ending on August 18, 2017. The “Grand Prize Winner” will be selected and notified on August 21, 2017. There is a limit of two (2) Prizes per person in this Sweepstakes, any one person may only win one (1) Weekly Prize and one (1) Grand Prize. The odds of winning either Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES: The following prizes, in the quantities noted and having the listed approximate retail value (“ARV”), will be awarded. The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is thirty-six thousand dollars ($36,000).
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for the one (1) Grand Prize Winner and Four (4 friends, 5 individuals total) to Charlotte for a Race with Ricky on 10/5/17 or 10/6/17, including three days/ two nights of travel, food and hotel and Garage Tour and Behind the Scenes Tour on October 7, 2017, and five (5) Grandstand Tickets to the race on October 7, 2017. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of ticket issuer.
Prizes are awarded “AS IS.” Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor Affiliates make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
