Eligibility: The 2017 Marlboro Summer Ranch “Flip. Fill. Win.” Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Massachusetts and Michigan) and the District of Columbia who are smokers twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of participation. Any person who has visited the Ranch (including as a travel companion of another person) within the eight (8) year period prior to February 26, 2017, is not eligible to win a Marlboro Ranch Trip Prize in this Promotion. Any person pending eligibility verification for a Ranch Trip in connection with any Marlboro promotion will not be eligible to receive another Marlboro Ranch Trip in this Promotion.
Timing: The Promotion consists of an instant win game (the “Instant Win Game“) and a collect and win game (the “Collect and Win Game“). The Promotion begins on February 27, 2017, at or about 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET“) and ends on March 26, 2017, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). For purposes of this Promotion, a day starts at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and runs until 11:59:59 p.m. ET the same day, except the first day, which begins at or about 9:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET; a week starts every Monday and ends the following Sunday. Administrator’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
How to Enter: To participate in the Promotion, you must first become a registered user at www.marlboro.com. If you are not a registered user, go to www.marlboro.com and follow the instructions to register for free. When you register on Marlboro.com you will be assigned a unique nine-digit customer number (herein “CCN”) and will select, or may be assigned, a user ID that will be associated with your account. By registering at http://ift.tt/TXUg8c you agree to be added to the Marlboro mailing list.
Once you are registered and logged in, go to the Marlboro Summer Ranch Promotion page and follow instructions to play the Instant Win Game and Collect and Win Game, which play could result in (a) winning an Instant Win Game Prize; (b) collecting one (1) Collect and Win Game piece (“Game Piece”); (c) collecting one (1) Collect and Win Game Fill Card (“Fill Card”) (which results in being a potential winner of a Collect and Win Game Trip prize); or (d) none of the above. Potential winners of an Instant Win Game Prize and recipients of a Game Piece or Fill Piece will be notified on-screen immediately following the play, and potential winners of an Instant Win Game Prize will be provided with further information to claim the prize (all subject to verification). Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game/Collect and Win Game.
Limit: Each eligible person may play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays by using multiple/different email addresses, devices, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s plays and that entrant may be disqualified. Non-trip prizes will be fulfilled approximately 4 – 6 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.
Prizes: Collect and Win Game Prizes: ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE (159) GRAND PRIZES: A Marlboro Ranch trip consisting of a 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to a ranch in the western United States (the “Ranch”) in 2017 (exact dates to be determined by Presenter at its sole discretion). Trip package includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s and travel companion’s nearest commercial airport (determined by Presenter in its sole discretion) to commercial airport near the Ranch; three (3) nights’ accommodations at the Ranch determined by Presenter in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from destination airport; meals at the Ranch (menu determined by Presenter in its sole discretion); and a check for $600 made payable to the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $4,890.00.
