Sponsor and will not be RANDOM DRAWING: Twenty five (25) potential First Prize winners and 100 Second Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 4, 2016 from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize: $564. SECOND PRIZES (100): 100 winners will each receive four (4) Entenmann’s® coupons each valued at $7. ARV of each Second Prize: $28 PRIZE.
